Scope of Project: Sunroom Addition
Timeline: 3 Months
The sunroom was enlarged and transformed into a family room but the finished product looks like it was there from the beginning. Take note of the rounded addition, the built-in grill, the interior molding and the beautiful flooring. The flow from the new space to the existing kitchen area adds the charm of a “greatroom” for cozy family gatherings or for entertaining numerous guests. The owners highly recommend C.B. Insulation consists of R21 Wall with Super Seal package, floor has R–21 insulation, R-38 in ceilings. Windows are Andersen 400 Series with Jeldwen exterior doors.
